Well, hello there, Hive! I am SO excited to be here and to connect with all of you. You’ll know me as Mrs. Tic Tac Toe!
My husband, our two crazy dogs, and I live in a suburb of Los Angeles, CA. We have a cute little house that we’re working on making beautiful room by room. You can see us and our living room on the first season of Secrets from a Stylist on HGTV! That was just one of the many amazing things that happened in our lives this year…
I’m a high school English teacher and my husband works in marketing. We’ve been married for two and a half years and are over-the-moon excited to be expecting our first baby in April! It took us a bit longer to get pregnant than we had expected, so we are very ready for this next chapter in our lives.
Lately, my life has been consumed with my new job, but when I’m not working, blogging, or cuddling with my husband and puppies, I love planning parties, cooking, and crafting.
I can’t wait to share my journey to motherhood with you all! I’ll share our struggles trying to conceive, our experience with fertility medication, our first big fat positive along with our first miscarriage, and finally, our successful pregnancy with Baby Tic Tac Toe! I’ve learned a lot over the past couple of years and I know it’s just the tip of the iceberg. I hope to share what I’ve learned with you and gain some new perspective and insight along the way!

@chopsuey119: Thanks! He is a mini labradoodle (mini poodle and lab) named Jackson. He’s about a year and a half and we LOVE him!
Our other dog is a 4 year old puggle (pug and beagle) and she’s such a lover. We didn’t get two hybrids on purpose, but I guess it works!
