Simple packaging is one of my favorite things. While wrapping a few gifts earlier this week, I came across a roll of chalkboard contact paper in my stash and decided to put it to use creating gift labels. You can also use this same technique to create place cards for your Easter dinner or name tags for your children’s Easter baskets. The possibilities are endless!
To make some bunny gift labels of your own you’ll need to gather a few supplies:
chalkboard contact paper
bunny template
scissors
pen
chalk
white pom poms for the bunny tail (optional)
glue (to attach bunny tail)
Using your pen, trace around your bunny template onto the back side of the contact paper (the side with the graph lines.) Once you’ve traced around the bunny image, use your scissors to cut it out.
Remove the paper backing from the chalkboard contact sheet and adhere it to your package.
Attach the bunny tail with glue.
Write the gift recipients name on the bunny with chalk and enjoy giving a sweet personalized gift!

So cute! We don’t do Easter, but I’ll be using this technique in the future with other images for sure!
