After I posted about our Summer Fun List, someone suggested I type out the items on our list so it’s easier to see. After thinking about it and talking with Mrs. Bee, we decided to do one better and create two versions of a Hellobee printable Summer Fun List that you can download and fill on your own! Yay! Now that you have the printable, here are the ideas from my list that you can use as a starting point! I’ve starred the ones that are DC-area specific, and decided to leave them on the list in case you have something similar near you:

• Ride the train at Burke Lake Park*
• Blueberry picking
• Bake treats for our neighbors
• Make cloud dough
• Visit the Building Museum*
• Complete the library’s Summer Reading Program
• Freeze toys in a block of ice and chip away with a toy hammer
• Build a giant fort
• Go to Pump it Up! (an moon bouce/inflatables play place)
• Visit Old Town Clifton*
• Go to a concert at Wolftrap*
• Make super tall Lego tower
• Picnic at the Sculture Garden*
• Have ice cream for breakfast
• Boating in Annapolis*
• Visit someone for lunch on their lunch break
• Make and act out Chicka Chicka Boom Boom with magnetic letters
• Go on a nature walk
• Make binoculars out of paper towel rolls
• Plane watching at Gravelly Point Park*
• Watch $1 movie at the theatre
• Go fishing
• Make Rice Krispy Treats
• Stamp/paint with Legos
• Baking soda in a tray with colored vinegar in a dropper
• Stomp in puddles
• Have a dance party
• Go to the Sprayground
• Visit Meadowlark Gardens*
