This is so inspiring. DH and I are currently making lifestyle changes so that we can be better examples for our LO as she grows up. Her grandpa is a marathoner, maybe she’ll do a fun run with him someday?

oh my goodness this is amazing!!! you have a little athlete :) how adorable. I LOVE his pose – maybe that will be his signature move when he’s running in the olympics ;) I am excited for my son to get older; once he turns 4 we can do the family fitness classes at our gym! I hope he loves working out like his daddy and me.

I would agree that you have a runner on your hands. He looks like he had so much fun and I absolutely love his pose for the photographers!
