This easy good luck garland adds a little sparkle to your front door on St. Patrick’s Day. It also makes a great gift because who couldn’t use a little extra luck!
Materials:
Wooden horseshoe
Glitter
Black construction paper
White ink pen
Black ribbon
Black box
Gold elastic
Moss
All purpose glue
Cutting knife
Ruler
Self healing mat
Glue dots
Scissors
Directions:
Glue one side of horse shoe, glitter all over and let dry. Cut a strip of black construction paper about 8.5 x .5”, and write text in the center. Position over the horseshoe for sizing and place glue dots behind. This will create a upward look. With your fingers, push down and shape into a ribbon banner. Cut the edges into a v-shape for a finished ribbon trim. Glue dot the back and place black ribbon to size. Add moss to box and close up with the gold elastic ribbon. Gift to your teacher or other deserving person in your life!
