I have two friends who threw a joint “Kidchella” themed party for their 2-year-old daughters. It was one of the cutest and most brilliantly done parties. The most important set up was the teepee, which is already the most adorable area toddlers can play in! My friend just made it herself using simple steps found on Pinterest. They added some cute rugs and blankets, put on some bubbles and let all the kids sit around.
For activities, they had a bounce house, water tables, and rented the clubhouse right by a pool so that everyone could cool off from the heat.

Having a bubble machine added a nice touch to the pictures! The girls all had flower headpieces as party favors and the boys had sunglasses to take home. Honestly, considering that most of the fun was seeing how everyone dressed their kids, it seemed relatively easy to pull off this theme! (Don’t forget to bump your Coachella playlist! G-rated, of course.)
It was too cute seeing so much fringe and flowers on these kids! Although, it was a bit more difficult to dress Baby Pencil since most of the Pinterest outfits seemed to be geared towards girls. Still, he had so much fun!
Towards the second half of the party, all the kids’ cute outfits and hair were completely destroyed with sweat and play water. However, we were saying how realistic that was in comparison to the typical, swampy day at Coachella! Fortunately for us, we all cooled off in the pool and afterwards all the kids crashed hard in their naps.

@Mrs. Lemon-Lime: That’s hilarious! I had no idea they had a Kidchella themed party, haha! I thought it would be hard to pull off but actually the guests enjoyed it and thought it was adorable. Even the guests that weren’t parents!
