I know as moms we often have little areas that we would prefer to hide, but when it comes to bathing suits, it’s hard to find ones that are both comfortable and practical, but that also make us look good. The Cereal family has been doing swim lessons for over a year now, and I have been wearing the same rash guard and shorts the entire time. I am finally feeling confident in my body again, so I’ve been in search for a new suit for me. And let me tell you, there are a ton of options. I went a little crazy and bought 6 online, had them sent to me, tried them all on, then sent back the ones I didn’t choose. I have to confess, I have not bought a real bathing suit since I was in my early 20’s so I had no idea what would fit my new body shape. Here are my picks for one-pieces, two-pieces, and rashguards.
Any guesses to which one I ended up with? Hint, it’s colorful!

I have to share this find! I never though I would be able to wear a 2 piece again. My stomach is seriously a mess after 2 kids. But I saw someone post a suit like this on FB with the same sentiment and she looked amazing so i thought I would give it a try since it’s so cheap! I received it in the mail last week and tried it on and it actually looks great !!! So I have to share with all the other mamas out there who want but to rock a 2 piece too

Rash guards are kind of sexy, eh?

I have a dumb question about the rashguard suits. What do people wear under them? A sports bra? A bathing suit top? If I wore nothing under a rash guard I’d be nipping and unsupported–not a good look.

Numbers 1 & 3 are also available in maternity. I have the purple one. It’s both the most comfortable and flattering of the half dozen I ordered.

@Callie – I wear a bikini top under a rashguard suit. Agree it would not be a good look without something!

I love the high neck suits this past couple of years. As a well endowed Momma nothing is more important that coverage!

@Mrs. Lemon-Lime: Haha, sort of. The one I have is pretty ugly, which is why I am in search of a new one.

@Iced Tea: I ended up with number 1 and number 3. I love them both. I literally had not bought a bathing suit since I was 23, so this was an interesting experience for me.
