Like many parents, mine are difficult to shop for. I’ve purchased my mom every variation of beauty product, and my dad every variation of golf and gardening supplies over the years. Since we live abroad and my parents don’t get to see my kids often (the only grandchildren), photo gifts are the most logical go-to!
On a recent trip to Las Vegas, I took a picture of my mom with Charlie and Olive. My parents are huge fans of canvas prints and still have ones hanging on their walls from over 20 years ago. There are many companies that offer canvas prints, so I did some research and CanvasPop was one of the highest rated. I found a 50% off coupon (they have a 55% coupon directly on their site now code XMAS55), and it cost $60 for a 10″ x 18″ canvas print including tax and shipping. I also got my mom a powerbank for her phone/tablet.
I kept seeing ads for Mixtiles and decided to give them a try because I really want to order some for myself too! Mixtiles are 8″ x 8″ framed pictures for only $11 each with free shipping. I’ve been tempted to try Mixtiles too; I like that you can change them up!
I usually go through Shutterfly or Target because they have so many promotions/freebies!

I do the shutterfly easel calendar for a bunch of people every year. This year I am making photo bookmark with a picture of DD.
I’ve been tempted by mixtiles but can’t decide which pictures to use!

I make a photo calendar from MPix every year for us and family. I tried shutterfly’s version but I really prefer the mpix quality.
I also make some time photo books (3.5×3.5) for family from Presto Photo. They are small enough to send in a card to far away great grandparents and also good for my kids who would otherwise destroy my nice photo books.
