This is one of my all time favorite activities. It is super quick and easy to make and depending on which supplies you have on hand is really cheap. I guarantee your children will love it!
First collect some colour document wallets (color plastic dividers) and cut them open so they lay flat. Trace around the outside of a small bowl to make a circle on the plastic wallet. Then cut out the circle with scissors. Continue tracing and cutting to make as many circles as you wish. I made around 24.
Place the circles in a small container, put by a low window and invite the children to play! The circles need a little moisture or static electricity to stick to the window. We used a spray bottle to wet the window first.
My toddler Otis loves putting the circles on the window but also loves peeling them off.
Some variations include cutting out different shapes or colours. Perhaps leaves for fall or snowflakes for winter?
If you get the sun coming through the window, the reflection on the floor is just gorgeous! I hope you enjoy!

I am saving this idea for the future! It looks so fun and can’t wait to see Norah exploring the colours and shapes when she is a little older. Thank you for the wonderful post!
