In years past I’ve made turkey curry and turkey sandwiches with cranberry sauce, lots of mayo, and tabasco (I put tabasco sauce on everything) with leftover turkey. To be honest I’m not the biggest fan of turkey, and it gets pretty dry as leftovers, but when you add lots of spices and sauces, you can really take it to the next level!
We have a decent amount of turkey left from our friendsgiving last night, so I rounded up some classic leftover turkey recipes that are easy and delicious!

Yum! Great ideas. We vacuum sealed all of our turkey leftovers since we are now out of town. I’ll have to try these yummy ideas when I get home.

We made Alton Brown’s bird to the last drop turkey soup yesterday – it was super easy and tastes great. We’re going to try to recreate a friend’s chicken pot pie recipe with leftover turkey. If that doesn’t work out, the recipe you posted for turkey pot pie looks delicious too!
We also like to make turkey sandwiches with a challah bread, Brie, pecans, lettuce, and cranberry sauce.

I usually eat the turkey plain with my leftover sides, but I made a small batch of soup tonight and will probably make tetrazzini and pot pie!!

Great ideas! I just used some turkey last night to make pot pie for the first time ever. So tasty!
