Happy Thanksgiving and Happy Hanukkah dear friends!

Last night we went to a menorah lighting in our neighborhood to celebrate the first night of Hanukkah. We were probably the only ones there that weren’t Jewish, but it was a beautiful ceremony (despite the cold and rain!). Charlie and Olive got to learn a little bit about Hanukkah, and they got to eat their first latkes!

Since both our families live so far away, we’re taking the day off to spend with some good friends. We’ll be back tomorrow with a limited posting schedule. We hope you’re enjoying some delicious food with your families and friends wherever you are!
