We just got back from 2 weeks in the Philippines yesterday, and all of us are majorly jet lagged! I’ve been up since 9:30pm last night, and we’re forcing ourselves to stay up today so that we can hopefully get back on track as much as possible. It’s taken up to 3 weeks to recover in the past because the Philippines is 12 hours ahead, but hopefully Unisom and my friend’s melatonin will help. It’s good to be back in Brooklyn!
