Many Hellobee community members are packing bentos, so I thought I would share some of them here. They provide great inspiration on what to feed your little ones, whether or not you pack bentos. I’ve definitely incorporated ideas that I’ve learned from fellow bees into Charlie and Olive’s lunches! Below are 33 lunches to inspire you!

french toast cut into strips on each side, bananas, flower shaped cantaloupe, Cheerios, yogurt with star shaped fruit leather, syrup in the leaves

left: GF pizza with a whole adult serving of spinach hidden under the cheese, clementine, corn, GF cereal, sweet potato puffs (frozen)
right: black beans & rice, freeze dried mango, strawberry and banana, mozzarella cheese, leftover jalapeño and cheese omelette and fresh strawberries.

left: somen noodles with poached chicken and spinach, potato-carrot “balls” (smashed up and rounded from stew vegetables), steamed spinach with sesame oil, whole wheat “stars,” avocado slices, cheddar and mozzarella “stars,” sliced mango, pear, grapes
right: ground chicken, orange and white cauliflower, lemongrass coconut curried rice noodles, mashed potato “balls”, sauteed zucchini, cheddar and mozzarella stars, avocado slices, mango slices, black grapes, blueberries, mango

left: grilled steak w sauté mushrooms, stir fry green beans & grapes for lunch. Afternoon snack of homemade applesauce and local, organic peaches canned from over the summer.

left: cucumbers and roasted red pepper hummus, strawberries, pesto pasta (leftovers from dinner out), and a hard boiled egg.

left: lunch is salmon, rice with squash, and spinach with tomato, garlic and mushrooms; afternoon snack is banana and clementine (and puffs/rice cakes, not pictured)
right: A full day of meals – oatmeal for breakfast, avocado for snack, and lunch of stew meat and carrots, chicken stir fry with rice, and clementine (he ate it all!)
