Since I work from home I don’t buy very many clothes for myself, but I do love dressing Charlie and Olive up. Kids’ clothes were no where near this fashionable even a decade ago, and now there are options for every style and budget under the sun!

I shop at major retail chains for most of the kids’ clothes — Zara, H&M, Old Navy, Gap, and J Crew are my go-to stores. But lately I’ve been gravitating toward independent brands because of their unique, handmade designs. I also love supporting small businesses. The price points tend to be higher, but if you follow them on Instagram, most of them eventually go on sale, especially around holidays. For the really in-demand brands that produce very limited qualities, I’ve found the resale value can be extremely high, so I take that into consideration if a particular piece I love is more than I’d usually spend.
