October 31st will be our last day in the States. After trick or treating, we’re boarding a one way 1am flight to the Philippines. I thought having one last fun experience before moving abroad would be great for the kids, but having them hopped up on sugar before taking 3 consecutive flights probably isn’t the best idea! Last year we traded the kids’ candy for a toy (then slowly ate all the Halloween candy over the next 6 months), and we’ll probably do that again this year.
